$45.00•$50.00 per hour Job Description All for One Personal Care LLC is hiring a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one care for patients in a home setting. This role is perfect for nurses looking for a consistent weekday schedule while making a meaningful impact through personalized care. What You'll Do Complete patient assessments and monitor condition changes Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as ordered Provide trach and ventilator care (if applicable) Manage G-tube and enteral feedings Perform wound care and dressing changes Maintain accurate documentation and care plans Educate patients and families on care routines Collaborate with physicians and care team Requirements Active RN license in Georgia (or compact license) CPR/BLS certification (PALS preferred) At least 1 year of RN experience Home health or pediatric experience is a plus Reliable transportation
