AM Job Overview:

Join our skilled nursing team and provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in a long-term care and rehab setting. Responsibilities include assessments, medication administration, and supporting individualized care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care and assessments Administer medications and treatments Monitor and document patient conditions Collaborate with the care team to implement care plans Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment

Requirements:

Active GA RN license 1+ year of nursing home or LTC experience preferred Strong clinical and communication skill Why Park Place?
