Registered Nurse Lead (RN) Full-Time | $45-$48 per

Schedule:
Monday-Thursday 7:30AM-4:30PM & Friday 8AM-12PM About Southern Pain and Spine Southern Pain and Spine specializes in interventional pain management services throughout North Georgia and the Metro Atlanta region. Our physicians and clinical teams utilize advanced, minimally invasive treatment options to help patients reduce pain, improve mobility, and enhance overall well-being. We are dedicated to delivering individualized care in a compassionate and patient-focused environment. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide clinical leadership and direct patient care within our surgical setting. This position is responsible for supporting efficient clinical operations, coordinating patient care activities, promoting patient safety, and serving as a resource for nursing and support staff. Essential Responsibilities Clinical Leadership & Coordination Help coordinate daily clinical operations and assist with staffing coverage needs. Serve as a knowledgeable resource for nursing personnel and support team members. Promote adherence to quality improvement, compliance, and patient safety initiatives. Oversee support staff activities and reinforce established clinical policies and procedures. Patient Care & Surgical Support Perform patient assessments and evaluate ongoing clinical status. Monitor treatment progress and communicate significant changes to providers and care teams. Maintain thorough and accurate patient documentation. Provide nursing care throughout pre-operative, procedural, and post-operative recovery phases. Collaborate with physicians, patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support effective care delivery. Professional Practice Participate in departmental meetings, educational programs, and continuing development opportunities. Maintain compliance with facility standards, ethical practices, and evidence-based clinical guidelines. Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support patient care and clinic operations. Maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality care, and clinical excellence. Enjoy working closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
