Position Overview:

We are urgently seeking an experienced, reliable, and committed RN to help provide nursing services to a 10 month girl Trach and Ventilator experience is mandatory (We are willing to train experienced nurses on tracheostomy use). We prefer nurses that have experience in TICU or NICU, as this case will be very similar to those seen in that field.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily care for 10-month-old baby, including tracheostomy management (cleaning, suctioning, and ensuring proper function). Administer prescribed medications and treatments. Monitor respiratory status and provide appropriate intervention as needed. Assist with physical therapy exercises as prescribed to support the baby's development. Maintain detailed medical records and communicate any changes in condition to the family and healthcare team. Ensure comfort and emotional support for the baby during procedures and routine care.

Requirements:

Active RN license. Experience with trachs and vents is mandatory (Training available) Strong knowledge of respiratory care, including tracheostomy management (suctioning, cleaning, and troubleshooting). Ability to monitor and assess vital signs and respond appropriately to emergencies. First Aid/CPR certification (required). Compassionate, calm, and patient demeanor, with excellent communication skills to work closely with the family. Willingness to follow detailed care plans and collaborate with the medical team.
