AM Experience:
18 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience with 1 months worked in the last 12 months. ASN completion required.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a Georgia license or compact license (required for submission). This role may require floating to additional units and locations Local & travel allowed. 12 months gap required between for Staff at

ICU skills•arrhythmia monitory, sedation, paralytics, titratable drips knowledge, CVP monitoring, caring for s/p craniotomy pt, TPA administration

If census is low, you may be asked to be on call, but this is rare.

Floating Requirements:
All med surg and Critical Care Areas (including ED boarders). If ICU or ER, we do use those as well. 14 days maximum time off 1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months 1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months Proof of identification required

BLS (Basic Life Support) ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale) CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse) TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course)
