Skills and Experience Required:

Active RN license in good standing Two or more years of Telemetry experience preferred Solid assessment, monitoring, and documentation skills Confidence in using cardiac monitoring equipment and interpreting arrhythmias Up-to-date certifications (BLS, ACLS) Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and interpret patient cardiac rhythms in a fast-paced telemetry unit Collaborate closely with physicians and the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans Administer medications and respond rapidly to emergency situations Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery processes Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately
