Duties Perform non-invasive aesthetic procedures including Botox, dermal fillers, laser skin treatments, dermabrasion, and body contouring with precision and care. Administer skin rejuvenation treatments such as laser hair removal, skin tightening, and esthetic laser therapies while maintaining strict safety protocols. Provide expert consultations to assess client needs, explain treatment options, and develop customized treatment plans aligned with their goals. Manage patient records accurately using advanced salon or med spa management software like Millennium or

Educate clients on post-treatment care, product recommendations, and skincare routines to ensure optimal results and satisfaction. Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment environment adhering to all health regulations and sanitation standards. Support retail sales by demonstrating skincare products, conducting product demos, and upselling suitable treatments or products to enhance client results. Requirements Valid licensure as a registered nurse with specialized training or certification in cosmetic injections and laser treatments. Proven experience in med spa or aesthetic clinic settings with skills in botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, laser procedures, and esthetic treatments. Strong knowledge of management systems such as Millennium or

for scheduling and client management. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients clearly about procedures and aftercare instructions. Demonstrated customer service excellence with a friendly, professional demeanor that fosters guest loyalty. Familiarity with salon or spa software including management of front desk operations and appointment scheduling. Knowledge of sanitation practices, body waxing, hair threading, nail care, makeup application, eyelash extensions, hair styling, hair extensions, tattooing, deep tissue massage, color theory, straight razor shaving, barbering techniques, nail care services, and hospitality standards is highly desirable. Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards.
