RN for back office support Nexclin Medicine Roswell, GA Job Details Part-time 11 hours ago Qualifications Teamwork RN License Triage HIPAA Patient interaction Full Job Description Nexclin Medicine - Roswell, GA Nexclin Medicine is seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing wellness and medical weight loss practice. This role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys patient interaction, clinical procedures, and supporting innovative wellness programs. Position Summary The RN will provide back-office clinical support, assist with patient management, perform point-of-care testing, and support providers in delivering exceptional care through our weight loss, peptide therapy, and hormone optimization programs. ResponsibilitiesClinical Patient Care Triage patients and assess clinical concerns Obtain vital signs, medical histories, and medication reconciliation Perform point-of-care testing (POCT) including glucose, A1C, urinalysis, pregnancy testing, and other in-office diagnostics Document patient encounters accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR) Assist providers with examinations and procedures Weight Loss & Wellness Programs Educate patients on medical weight loss programs Support administration and monitoring of GLP-1 medications and other weight management treatments Provide patient follow-up and coaching regarding treatment plans and lifestyle modifications Monitor patient progress and communicate concerns to providers Peptide & Hormone Therapy Support Assist with peptide therapy education and administration protocols Support hormone optimization services, including pellet therapy procedures Prepare treatment rooms and maintain sterile technique during procedures Monitor patients before, during, and after treatments as appropriate Care Coordination & Office Management Manage clinical supplies and inventory Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and clinic protocols Collaborate with providers and administrative staff to ensure efficient clinic operations Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred Experience in primary care, wellness, hormone therapy, aesthetics, or weight loss medicine preferred Strong patient education and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced outpatient setting Proficiency with EMR systems Preferred Experience Medical weight loss programs GLP-1 medications (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide) Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) Pellet insertion assistance IV therapy and wellness services Point-of-care laboratory testing Schedule M-F 9:00 am - 4:00 pm Approximately 30 hours per week (based on clinic needs) Benefits Competitive hourly compensation Professional growth opportunities in wellness and preventive medicine Collaborative and supportive work environment To Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your clinical experience and interest in wellness, hormone optimization, and medical weight loss.
