Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team! You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of assigned patients. Monitoring, supervising, and providing the care of those members whose health status and situation involve complex observation Initial evaluation visit, including development of the written care plan Re-evaluation of member's nursing needs Initiation of the plan of treatment Initiation of appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures Preparation of clinical and progress notes Coordination of services Informing the care physician, care coordinator team, and other personnel involved of changes in the member's condition and needs Member and family teaching Supervising and teaching other nursing personnel Reviewing and revising the member care plan at least every 62 days and communicating revisions to appropriate staff Company DescriptionWe are a family oriented company.
