- 3/12's We have recently engaged with a very progressive, well-run, and financially stable Hospice organization in the Savannah, Georgia area. This organization is committed to patient satisfaction, clinical excellence, and providing compassionate quality care for each patient and family they serve. - 403(b) with 4% Match Supplemental Coverage Including Life Insurance, Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Schedule Full-Time Night Shift Three 12-Hour Shifts 7:00 PM
- 7:00 AM Responsibilities Provide compassionate end-of-life nursing care within the Inpatient Hospice Unit (IPU) Monitor and manage patient symptoms, pain control, and comfort measures throughout the night Collaborate closely with physicians, social workers, chaplains, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary Hospice team Support and educate family members during the patient's Hospice journey Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Ensure patient dignity, comfort, and quality of care at all times Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the State of Georgia Hospice or Palliative Care experience preferred Will consider candidates with Med/Surg, Oncology, Skilled Nursing, or Long-Term Care experience Compassionate bedside manner and strong communication skills Please apply or send email to Justin@theipgteam.
