• Administering non-invasive cosmetic procedures, including dermal fillers, chemical peels and anti-wrinkle injections Must be ok with posting, being in front of camera and creating social media marketing Educating patients on medical grade skin care products Researching & learning new procedures and protocols to stay up-to-date Assessing patient's body & skin-related health problems & concerns Assisting other professionals with cosmetic and skin procedures Scheduling appointments and screening patients Preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing medical tools Able to communicate effectively with patients to understand their needs and expectations Interpersonal communication skills Must be detail-oriented Must be compassionate and caring Must posse good leadership qualities like managing finances, managing social media, and maintain good relationships with patients, vendors and other staff Possess passion for aesthetic procedures and education
