Job Description

We are recruiting a Lead Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as Operations & Compliance for our program supporting medically fragile children. This critical leadership position demands a consummate professional with a Master's degree, extensive pediatric expertise, and a proven ability to drive operational rigor and ensure unwavering regulatory adherence.
Qualifications & Experience:
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or related advanced degree required. Current RN licensure with substantial experience in pediatric healthcare, including direct knowledge of pediatric home care models.
Demonstrated operational leadership experience:
developing key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data with advanced proficiency in Excel, and implementing process frameworks to enhance efficiency and quality. Highly proficient with technology platforms for virtual team management, patient care coordination, and remote supervisory visits. Established professional network and relationships with major children's hospitals and pediatric healthcare facilities, instrumental for strategic recruitment and collaboration. Authoritative knowledge of compliance standards, with specific expertise in the GAPP manual . Willingness to ensure continuous care coverage, including conducting supervisory visits both virtual and in-person and providing direct clinical support as needed.
Primary Responsibilities:
Serve as the organizational authority on clinical compliance, ensuring all operations, staff practices, and care plans meet or exceed GAPP and other regulatory standards. Oversee the operational lifecycle of patient care, including the review and approval of starter care packets and the management of complex clinical inquiries. Lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of operational KPIs to assess performance and guide strategic business decisions. Provide expert clinical oversight through scheduled and unscheduled supervisory visits. Develop and deliver comprehensive compliance training programs and serve as the primary liaison for regulatory readiness. This role is designed for a strategic nursing leader who embodies operational excellence and clinical integrity. The successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding the quality of our service and ensuring the highest standard of care for our patient families.
Pay:
$50.00 - $55.00 per year
