Schedule/Hours:
Travel-based assignment with variable shifts depending on operational need. Full-time hours with potential for overtime during surgical peak periods.
Qualifications & Experience:
Active, unrestricted RN license. At least one year of recent Operating Room nursing experience (scrub and circulating experience highly preferred). Current BLS and ACLS certifications. Strong critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced perioperative environments.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide intraoperative care by monitoring patient status and supporting the surgical team. Circulate and/or scrub according to case requirements, maintaining a sterile field and adherence to safety protocols. Ensure accurate documentation of procedures and patient responses. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for optimal patient outcomes. Support patient advocacy and uphold the highest standards of compassionate, evidence-based care.
