Schedule/Hours:
Flexible travel assignment hours based on the needs of the facility
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Current, active RN license At least 2 years of experience as a CVOR Registered Nurse Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Ability to thrive in fast-paced surgical settings Strong communication and critical-thinking skills Familiarity with the latest CVOR nursing protocols
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain a sterile surgical environment in the CVOR Collaborate with surgeons and anesthesia teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes Monitor patient safety and status throughout procedures Accurately document intraoperative and postoperative patient care Provide patient and family education as appropriate Support perioperative care and facilitate transitions between pre-op and post-op teams
