Required Skills and Qualifications:
Valid RN license with eligibility to practice in Georgia Minimum one year of recent Operating Room experience Proficiency with a variety of surgical procedures and sterile techniques Strong critical thinking and quick decision-making abilities BLS certification (ACLS preferred) Effective communication and teamwork skills Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic clinical settings
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative patient care Scrub and circulate for a wide range of surgeries Adhere to strict aseptic techniques and safety protocols Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary staff Document all aspects of patient care accurately Provide support and education to patients and their families
