Required Skills & Experience:
Valid RN license in the state of Georgia or compact state eligibility Experience in Medical-Surgical (RN-MS) nursing required Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred) Strong clinical assessment and organizational skills Adaptability to new environments and electronic health record systems Effective communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical patients Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and implement care plans Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to promote optimal outcomes Educate patients and their families on health conditions and post-discharge care Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards Participate in unit quality improvement initiatives and training
Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment with variable shifts (exact schedule discussed during interview)
