Qualifications:
Active, unencumbered RN licensure Minimum one year recent experience in MS Oncology BLS certification required; ONS/oncology certification preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to oncology patients Administer chemotherapy, monitor side effects, and ensure patient comfort Educate patients and families about treatments and symptom management Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to coordinate individualized care plans Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMR systems Adhere to facility policies and best practice standards for oncology care
