Full Time Senior / Staff Nurse (MAH Day Surgery OT) Thomson Registered Nurse (RN)

Work Schedule:

AM / PM + on-call You will work alongside the Nursing Leaders to deliver patient-centred and compassionate nursing care to our patients in the Day Surgery Operating Theatre Your key responsibilities are: Assist surgeon(s) during operative procedures, mostly an Eye Surgery. Ensure that appropriate documentation is done. Carries out Scrub/ AU nurse responsibilities in accordance to procedure(s). Coordinate with other units, escort and orientates patients to ensure a safe and seamless patient transport and transfer. Post-operative recovery Care. Participate in the review nursing protocols, policies and procedures for continuous improvement. Other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

Strong team-player, self-starter with strong sense of initiative, agility and perseverance in starting and building a strong culture in performance & engagement. Able to commit to 5 days' work week (off on Sunday and PH) and work on-call duties. Possess either a Diploma or Degree in Nursing with a valid Singapore Nursing Board licenses.
