Key Qualifications:
Active RN license in good standing Minimum of one year recent Telemetry nursing experience Proven expertise in monitoring cardiac patients and interpreting telemetry strips Strong assessment, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills BLS and ACLS certifications required Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality care to Telemetry patients with varying cardiac conditions Continuously monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry and vital signs Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement individualized care plans Administer medications, track patient progress, and update medical records accurately Educate patients and families on cardiac care and post-discharge management Respond promptly to changes in patient status and initiate appropriate interventions
