Job Description

Memorial Satilla Health's private practitioner, Dr. Prasanna Srinagesh is seeking a compassionate and experienced full-time Dialysis Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality patient care and have a strong background in dialysis treatment and clinical procedures.
Position Responsibilities:
Administer dialysis treatments in accordance with physician orders and established protocols Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, assessing vital signs and response to care Operate and maintain dialysis equipment safely and effectively Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and home care procedures Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes Respond to emergencies and complications during treatment as needed
Qualifications:
Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred (acute or chronic care setting) Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred) Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
