Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a contractor PRN position in home health services. In this role, you will provide exceptional patient care across diverse settings, ensuring safety and optimal health outcomes while empowering patients on their wellness journey. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and administer medications, including IV infusions. Utilize EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) for documentation and compliance. Manage clinical procedures (suturing, catheterization, wound care). Collaborate with physicians in areas like cardiology and trauma. Provide specialized care for vulnerable populations (geriatrics, pediatrics, behavioral health). Support discharge planning and health coaching. Requirements Valid RN license in the state of employment. Experience in acute care settings; critical care preferred. Familiarity with EMR systems and medical documentation standards.
