About the Role Amada Senior Care of Woodstock, GA , serving clients throughout North Georgia , is seeking a qualified and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) on a per diem basis to perform face-to-face initial and ongoing nurse assessments in accordance with state licensure requirements and for Long-Term Care Insurance (LTCI) assessments . In this role, you will: Conduct comprehensive in-home client assessments Collect client demographics, physician information, and medication lists Evaluate ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and IADLs (Instrumental Activities of Daily Living) Assist in developing and updating individualized care plans Perform periodic quality assurance visits Support and help train caregivers to ensure high-quality care delivery Act as an advocate for clients and families, ensuring appropriate care and services Qualifications Active, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia Experience conducting nursing assessments and developing care plans Knowledge of non-medical home care regulations and compliance standards Strong communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to train and support caregivers Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care Strong organizational and time-management skills Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning Experience with Long-Term Care Insurance (LTCI) assessments is a plus Why Join Amada Senior Care?
