Job Description

✨Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Registered Nurse at Pearl Haven in Haleiwa, HI ✨ Pearl Haven is a specialized facility on the north shore of Oahu that provides trauma informed therapeutic services for girls ages 11-17 who have experienced complex trauma or are diagnosed with serious emotional and behavioral disturbances to try and help them heal from their trauma.

Pearl Haven Benefits & Perks (https://riteofpassage.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/ROP-benefits-perks-2025-PH.pdf) What you will do: As a Registered Nurse you will be responsible for providing general healthcare services for students and staff, including administering immunizations, coordinating psychiatric and medical care, conducting health education, and supporting overall wellness initiatives. You will collaborate with providers, community agencies, and clinical teams to ensure students' physical and mental health needs are met while maintaining compliance with licensing and organizational policies. Also supports staff supervision, training, documentation, safety initiatives, and quality improvement efforts to promote a safe and supportive environment.
To be considered you should:
Have a BA/BS in a related field and have a current Registered Nursing license. Have a minimum of two years of previous medical services administration, including demonstrated experience in operating and securing comprehensive health services programs. Applicants should be at least 21 years of age. Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical and TB test.
