Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, utilizing their clinical skills and knowledge to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Provide triage services to prioritize patient needs in various settings. Engage in case management for patients requiring ongoing care coordination. Deliver home care services as needed, ensuring comfort and safety for patients. Monitor vital signs and recognize changes in patient conditions, responding appropriately. Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and outcomes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care delivery. May be required to travel off-island with client for medical appoints. Travel and accommodations will be paid for. Be flexible to work both day and night shifts. Experience A valid Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license is required. Experience in pediatric care is preferred. Proficiency in basic life support techniques is essential. Previous experience in home care or case management is a plus. Strong skills in patient assessment and the ability to work under pressure are crucial for success in this role. $47.00 per hour
