Primary Care Summary:
Provide nursing care in an outpatient ambulatory, rural health center setting. Deliver direct patient care, patient education, and clinical support for primary care services.
Requirements:
Registered Nurse (current, unencumbered RN license) Minimum 3 years nursing experience Experience in outpatient/ambulatory care within a rural health center Strong clinical assessment and care-planning skills Experience providing education and mentorship to nursing staff
Responsibilities:
Perform patient assessments, triage, and routine primary care procedures Administer medications and treatments per protocols Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and self-care Support and mentor nursing staff; assist with workflow and best practices Document care accurately in electronic health records and maintain compliance with policies
Shift Details:
