Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled, confident , and mission-driven Registered Nurse (RN) to join our cutting-edge integrative medicine, neuroregenerative, and performance wellness team in Wahiawā, Hawaiʻi + concierge medicine visits on mainly the North Shore but serve Islandwide. This is not a traditional nursing role. We are building a next-generation healing environment focused on hyperbaric medicine, IV nutrient therapy, regenerative recovery, nervous system optimization, and whole-person care for performance athletes, combat veterans, first responders, high performers, and individuals navigating complex chronic conditions. We are looking for a strong IV nurse and independent clinical leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-touch environments and can operate with professionalism, precision, emotional intelligence, and initiative. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, deeply compassionate, highly organized, and able to confidently manage multiple patients, therapies, and clinical priorities simultaneously while delivering an exceptional patient experience. This role requires a nurse who is comfortable working independently, making sound clinical decisions, coordinating care flow, and representing Mana Warrior with integrity both in-clinic and in the field. Concierge medicine is a core part of our model. Applicants must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel for home visits, recovery events, athlete support, and occasional weekend activations across Oʻahu. You will help lead a hospitality-driven clinical environment where how we care matters just as much as the therapies themselves. Key Responsibilities Confidently perform IV insertions and manage multiple IV therapies simultaneously Administer and monitor hyperbaric oxygen therapy treatments Oversee clinical flow, patient safety, and treatment coordination Conduct assessments, monitor vital signs, and document accurately within JaneApp EMR Support individualized regenerative and neuroperformance treatment plans Coordinate patient communication, follow-up, scheduling, and pre-visit requirements Educate patients and families on therapies, protocols, and wellness strategies Help train and support clinical staff including LPNs, EMTs, paramedics, and technicians Maintain strong infection control, equipment safety, and protocol compliance Participate in mobile medicine operations, concierge visits, and wellness events Communicate clearly and efficiently with leadership and provider team Assist with chamber safety checks, oxygen safety, and operational systems Uphold a calm, grounded, solutions-oriented culture within the clinic Qualifications Active Hawaiʻi RN license in good standing! Minimum 3-5 years of ER, ICU, critical care, or high-acuity clinical experience is a
MUST. STRONG IV SKILLS REQUIRED
— must be highly confident with venous access and infusion management. Nutrient IV therapy experience is preferred. Able to work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable managing multiple patients and therapies simultaneously Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Professional, reliable, emotionally intelligent, and adaptable Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel for concierge visits/events Interest in integrative medicine, regenerative medicine, neurodevelopment, performance recovery, or hyperbaric medicine strongly preferred Weekend availability for select events and concierge support preferred What Makes Our Practice Different We are a trauma-informed, regenerative wellness and medical organization rooted in service, performance, innovation, and human connection.
