Desired Qualifications:
Current and valid RN license Previous experience in Telemetry or similar acute care specialty Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required Strong critical thinking and assessment skills Ability to adapt quickly within dynamic, fast-paced settings Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Role Responsibilities:
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms for patients in the Telemetry unit Administer medications and provide targeted nursing interventions Assess, document, and report on patient condition changes Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary clinical teams Deliver compassionate care and clear patient education to individuals and families Participate in continuous improvement and safety initiatives What's in It for
