Prime IV Hydration & Wellness is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as an Infusion Nurse. As an Infusion Nurse, you will be responsible for providing specialized nursing care to patients receiving infusion therapy. High-Volume IV Therapy & Wellness Spa Position Overview We are seeking a high-performing Nurse Manager / Spa Lead to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced IV therapy and wellness spa. This role is for a confident clinical leader who thrives in high-volume environments, maintains exceptional patient experience standards, and drives team performance and revenue growth. This is not a passive management role. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can manage flow, support staff, uphold protocols, and ensure operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership Oversee all IV therapy services and ensure protocol compliance Maintain safe patient ratios while supporting high appointment volume Provide real-time coaching and clinical support to RNs Monitor charting accuracy and documentation compliance Ensure adherence to standing orders and physician protocols Operational Management Manage daily scheduling to optimize chair utilization Maintain efficient patient flow (goal: consistent high-volume throughput) Reduce unnecessary schedule blocking Monitor inventory and prevent supply shortages Ensure clinic cleanliness and professional presentation Team Leadership & Accountability Lead, motivate, and manage nursing staff Address performance concerns promptly and professionally Foster a positive, solution-focused work culture Conduct regular performance check-ins Assist with hiring and onboarding of new RNs Revenue & Growth Support Educate staff on add-ons and service upgrades Support membership growth and retention Monitor productivity metrics (drips/hour, revenue/hour) Collaborate with ownership on growth strategies Customer Experience Maintain a luxury-level guest experience Resolve client concerns with professionalism and efficiency Ensure clients feel safe, welcomed, and well cared for Qualifications Active RN license (in good standing) Minimum 3-5 years nursing experience Previous leadership or charge nurse experience preferred Experience in IV therapy, aesthetics, med spa, or wellness preferred Strong communication and conflict resolution skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable in a performance-driven environment Ideal Candidate You are: Calm under pressure Not intimidated by high patient volume Solutions-oriented Confident enforcing standards Business-minded, not just clinically focused Loyal and aligned with ownership vision Compensation Competitive base pay Performance-based incentives Leadership growth opportunity Potential bonus structure tied to clinic performance

Duties:

• Administer infusion therapy treatments to patients as prescribed by physicians

Requirements:

• Valid RN license in Iowa
• Minimum 2 year of experience as a Registered Nurse and has experience with IV's
• Proficiency in medical documentation systems
• Strong knowledge of infusion therapy procedures and protocols
• Ability to accurately assess patient conditions and respond accordingly
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
