BrightStar Care of Iowa is hiring part-time and PRN RNs for home health care visits in the Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, and surrounding areas . Work independently. Build real relationships with patients. Get paid $50/hour with weekly pay

What You'll Do As a BrightStar Care RN , you will serve as a clinical leader and direct care provider for home health patients across the Cedar Rapids / Iowa City region: Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments Develop and update individualized plans of care Skilled nursing visits: wound care, IV therapy, catheter care, ostomy care Medication management, administration, and patient education Post-surgical and post-hospitalization care Chronic disease management (diabetes, COPD, CHF, hypertension) Dementia care, Alzheimer's care, and cognitive assessments Pediatric home health care (as applicable) Supervise and support CNA and caregiver staff Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and care teams Electronic documentation via mobile charting platform Communicate changes in patient condition to physician and care team Why RNs Choose BrightStar Care $50/hour
