Job Description

Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years ICU RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Schedule:
7:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. Every third weekend rotation
Desired Skills & Experience:
Active and unencumbered RN license Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience Proficiency in patient monitoring, ventilator support, and managing critical care interventions ACLS and BLS certifications (required) Excellent communication skills and a collaborative demeanor Flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced environments
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to critically ill patients Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans Monitor, assess, and document patient status and response to treatments Provide support and education to patients and their families Maintain compliance with facility policies and nursing best practices
