Non-Exempt Job Overview:
The Cosmetic Injector will be responsible for evaluating the skin care concerns of clients, conferring with our medical director to develop the best treatment plan, and applying the recommended treatment. Injector should be good at perceiving client wishes and needs, communicating treatment plans with clients, and modifying their treatments accordingly.
Essential Duties:
Essential job duties for this position include the following items. Other duties must be performed as assigned or required. Provide aesthetic consultations and injectable treatments to clients by appointment. Guide clients through service offerings and determine which treatments and products would benefit them most. Take a detailed client history and note any health conditions. Maintain accurate and timely medical record documentation of consultations, treatments, and product recommendations. Suggest future appointments and regime to clients based on needs and desired outcome. Listen to clients during appointments and adjust technique as they desire, with great attention to detail. Take initiative to present products and services in a professional and proficient manner through product and treatment knowledge. Understand the services of Revive
  • the advantages and benefits.
Remain current and knowledgeable on portals that Revive uses to assist in client experience. Personally work with clients to deliver and develop customer loyalty. Participate in execution of various med spa events and marketing content requests. Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality. Attend required meetings and training programs. Maintain client confidentiality. Maintain a positive attitude and work toward continuous quality improvement. Uphold, support, and promote all company policies and procedures. Work well as a team. Participate in collaboration with other team members to promote continuity of care including cross referring to other spa providers. Willingness to consistently pursue training to stay current as certified cosmetic injector. Actively participate in all Social Media, marketing, and brand management of Revive to promote services, treatments, products, and other providers.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, the individual in this position must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the minimum knowledge, skills and ability required.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor Degree or Masters in Nursing preferred, Associate Degree in Nursing required. Must be a Registered Nurse, Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner, or Nurse Practitioner with a current state license One to two years related experience and/or training Experience with the following topics: Anatomy, physiology, and pathology Safety issues Possible complications Experience working in a spa preferred, but not required Strong interpersonal communication skills Time management abilities Demonstrated sales and customer service skills Knowledge in the operation of computers, charting software and email
Language Skills:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Current State RN Licensure CPR/First Aid Certification Driver's license and acceptable driving record
