- Conduct physical assessments and develop care plans.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, TPN, and trach care.
- Monitor and document resident progress, reporting changes promptly.
- Educate residents and families on health management and prevention.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate records using appropriate medical terminology. Skills & Qualifications
- Active RN license (Iowa).
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
- Proficiency with trach care, TPN administration, and IV therapy.
- Familiarity with MDS for resident assessments.
