Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment; schedule details provided during interview process
Qualifications:
Active RN license, eligible to practice in Iowa Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred) Minimum of 2 years' recent CVOR RN experience Proficiency with sterile technique, scrubbing, and circulating in cardiovascular procedures Strong communication, collaborative, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional perioperative nursing care to adult cardiovascular surgical patients Prepare the OR, manage surgical instruments, and ensure patient safety throughout Circulate and scrub as needed within a dynamic surgical team Accurately document procedures and patient outcomes Adhere to all hospital and regulatory policies while promoting a culture of safety and respect
