Nova MedSpa is seeking two experienced aesthetic providers to join our growing team—one for our Ankeny location and one for our Dubuque location. Part-Time with Full-Time Growth Potential Compensation Registered Nurse (RN): $40-$55/hour Nurse Practitioner (NP): $55-$70/hour Join the Nova Team Is Aesthetic Nursing your dream job? Nova MedSpa is seeking a motivated, professional, and growth-minded Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join our team. We are looking for someone who is an excellent communicator, thrives in a team environment, and is excited to grow their career with a company that values education, integrity, and exceptional client care. Responsibilities Perform aesthetic consultations and develop customized treatment plans Administer neuromodulators, dermal fillers, bio-stimulators and other aesthetic treatments within scope of practice Educate clients on treatment options, skincare, and long-term plans of care Maintain accurate charting and documentation Build and retain a loyal client base through exceptional service and results Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities Qualifications Required Active Iowa RN or NP license Minimum of 1 year of aesthetic injecting experience (1-3 years preferred) Certifications Required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude Please do not apply if you have less than 1 year of aesthetic injecting experience.
