About Our Facility Small, resident-focused environment with 45 beds Emphasis on personalized care, dignity, and quality of life Collaborative team including nursing, therapy, and support staff Stable leadership and a positive workplace culture Position Overview We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who are passionate about long-term care and committed to excellence in patient care. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and document resident conditions Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations Promote a safe, clean, and caring environment Qualifications Current RN or LPN license (state-specific) Long-term care experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassionate, dependable, and resident-centered approach Why Join Us?
