Requirements & Desired Experience:
Active and unencumbered RN license in the state of Iowa or compact state eligibility Minimum of 1 year experience in Telemetry Proficiency in monitoring cardiac rhythms, responding to abnormalities, and managing telemetry equipment Current BLS and ACLS certifications Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills Willingness to adapt to new processes and embrace best practices
Core Responsibilities:
Monitor and assess cardiac patients using advanced telemetry technology Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans Administer prescribed medications and provide patient education Accurately document patient progress and maintain detailed records Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and escalate care as necessary
