Schedule/Hours:
7:00 pm - 7:30 am Every other weekend and every other holiday required
Qualifications:
Active RN licensure, valid in the state of Iowa or compact states Recent experience in a Telemetry unit strongly preferred Proficiency in cardiac monitoring and telemetry equipment Solid critical thinking and communication skills Ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing clinical settings
Key Responsibilities:
Continuously monitor cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to acute changes Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care Administer medications and manage IV lines as prescribed Educate patients and families regarding cardiac health and treatments Accurately document patient status and interventions
