Med Surg/Emergency Room Registered Nurse Opportunity - Greenfield, Iowa Direct Hire | Full-Time | Night Shift A patient-focused healthcare organization in Greenfield, Iowa is hiring an Med Surg/Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a permanent, full-time role. This position offers consistent night shifts, strong compensation, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced emergency department using modern charting systems. A $15,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are included. Position Overview

- Salary range: $56,160 - $82,368 annually (based on experience)

- Provide emergency nursing care to patients with acute and critical conditions
- Perform rapid assessments and prioritize care in a fast-paced environment
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency interventions
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs
- Accurately document patient care in Cerner
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families on care and discharge instructions
- Maintain patient safety and quality standards Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Required)
- BLS Certification (Required)
- ACLS Certification (Required)
- PALS Certification (Required)
- TNCC Certification (Required)
