Schedule/Hours:
12.5-hour shifts: 0630-1900 Every weekend No holiday requirementsQualifications/Desired Experience:
Active RN license (IA or compact) At least one year of recent Emergency Department experience preferred BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required Strong assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills Proficient in electronic medical record systems Ability to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environmentKey Responsibilities:
Rapid assessment and stabilization of patients with urgent and emergent medical needs Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care Administer medications and IV therapies as prescribed Document patient status, interventions, and response to treatment accurately Educate patients and families on care plans and post-discharge instructions Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all protocols and proceduresBenefits and Perks:
