Requirements:

Active RN license Graduate of accredited nursing program BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC required Previous Med Surg and/or ER experience required Prior charge or leadership experience preferred OB/Newborn stabilization training preferred

Responsibilities:

Serve as working supervisor covering Med Surg and ER units Provide direct patient care while overseeing unit operations Coordinate staffing, assignments, and patient flow Respond to emergencies and support high-acuity cases Ensure compliance with clinical standards and protocols Act as resource and mentor for nursing staff Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Document care and maintain accurate records
