Job Description

Registered Nurse (RN) -
Full-Time Charge Nurse Shift:
4:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Schedule:
Every 3rd weekend & every other holiday Kanawha Community Home is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Full-Time Charge Nurse. This position offers a consistent day shift schedule with a supportive team environment focused on providing high-quality, resident-centered care.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned shift Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications:
Current RN license in the state of Iowa Long-term care experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
