Current/Previous Employee:

Must take full 6 months off from any Sanford Health and Marshfield Clinic Health System location as well. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.

Required Skills/Experience:

1 year of experience within the past 3 years must be within a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Required Credentials:

Dementia testing will be required prior to start.

Shift & Scheduling:

Every other weekend. Every other Holiday. 12 weeks or more. No on call or call back available.
