REGISTERED NURSE
(RN) you will: Provide supervision to other staff through resident assignments, giving report to others, intervening in areas of conflict Accurately prepares and administers prescribed medications according to Hospital policy, and scope of practice Make routine assessments of patient condition and provides nursing care to patients within Hospital policy and procedure and according to physician orders, alerting supervisor of problems Document admission, physical assessment, monthly summaries, variance reports, and pertinent resident information Participate in resident care plans Maintain strict confidentiality of patient, resident, and personnel information

Required Education, Experience, and Skills:
Graduate of an approved school of nursing for Registered Nurses Current Iowa nursing license ACLS Certification BLS certified within 60 days of employment Completion of Child and Adult Mandatory Reporter certification within 90 days of employment Must have legal authorization to work in the
United States Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:
TNCC within 6 months of employment PALS Provider within 60 days of employment
