Role Overview:
As an integral part of a dedicated interdisciplinary team, you'll use your clinical and professional knowledge to deliver and oversee patient care in the ICU setting. Your adaptability will be valued, as floating within the same discipline across local campuses may occasionally be required. You'll document care using the
EPIC EMR
system and may engage in charge or preceptor responsibilities as needed.
Desired Experience & Skills:
Active RN license Minimum of one year ICU nursing experience Experience with EPIC preferred Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team Strong critical thinking and organizational skills Flexibility to float between local campuses if requested
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care and clinical assessments in the ICU Document patient status and interventions in EPIC Communicate with physicians, patients, and families to coordinate care Participate in team meetings and interdisciplinary rounds Serve as a resource and mentor to team members as needed
