1 Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry & PCU Float Pool position in Sioux City, IA, requiring at least 2 years of step-down experience and active IA or compact RN license. Details Day shift, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 3x12-hour shifts per week Every other weekend required Every other holiday required No on-call responsibilities Floating required within the same discipline across local campuses, including potential float to the
ED EMR:
Epic Requirements Active IA single-state or compact RN license required Current certifications required: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), and NIHSS Minimum 2 years of step-down (PCU/progressive care) experience required Driver's license required for consideration One supervisory reference (within 2 years of employment/contract) required for consideration Skills checklist completed within the past year required for consideration Additional Information Contributes professional and clinical knowledge in the provision and management of patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team First-time travelers are welcome to apply Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rates Candidates who were employed by this facility within the past 12 months may not be eligible for consideration Orientation is offered on a bi-weekly schedule throughout the year
