Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment with variable shifts based on facility needs
Qualifications:
Active RN license in Iowa or compact state licensure Minimum of one year recent experience in a Telemetry or acute care setting BLS and ACLS certifications required Demonstrated proficiency in interpreting telemetry rhythms Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and assess telemetry patients, adjusting care plans as needed Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-focused care Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and timely Alert physicians and care team of acute changes in patient condition Provide compassionate education and support to patients and families
