Qualifications & Experience:
Current, active RN license (state-specific or compact) Minimum of 1-2 years CVOR experience required Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications Strong clinical skills in CVOR procedures and protocols Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication abilities Adaptable to fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environments
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver expert nursing care throughout the perioperative process in the CVOR Collaborate closely with surgeons and the surgical team to ensure optimal outcomes Monitor and evaluate patient conditions pre-, intra-, and post-operatively Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols Accurately document all patient interactions and procedures Assist with instrumentation, sterile field maintenance, and emergency response as needed
