JOB SUMMARY

Performs nursing services in the Emergency Room within the parameters of his/her preparation including, but not limited to, evaluating patient needs; preparing emergency room patient record; patient assessment and triage; emergency room procedures; and documenting patient interactions in accordance with professional nursing standards and Hospital policies. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Licensure/certification:

Current RN license to practice nursing in the State of Iowa. Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Life Support, or renewal at first available course offering.

Previous Work Experience:
