Travel/Contract What You'll Do Provide comprehensive nursing care throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum care Monitor maternal and fetal well-being and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition Support labor management, induction procedures, and high-risk pregnancies Circulate cesarean section procedures and assist surgical teams as needed Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments according to physician orders Collaborate closely with obstetricians, neonatologists, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, newborn care, recovery, and discharge planning Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation using EPIC Promote patient safety, infection prevention, and quality care standards QualificationsRequired Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Minimum 2-3 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience Experience with Labor, Delivery, and Recovery care Experience circulating C-section procedures Current BLS certification Current ACLS certification Current NRP certification Current STABLE certification Preferred Experience caring for high-risk antepartum patients Strong critical-thinking and clinical assessment skills Excellent communication and patient education abilities Ability to remain calm and effective in emergency situations Ideal Candidate We are seeking Labor & Delivery nurses who: Deliver compassionate, family-centered care Thrive in fast-paced clinical environments Are confident managing both routine and high-risk deliveries Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary care teams Maintain exceptional clinical judgment and attention to detail Additional Information Weekend shifts may be required Float opportunities to nearby facilities based on operational needs Specialty orientation provided as needed Supportive and collaborative Women's Services culture Opportunity to work in a high-volume Labor & Delivery environment with thousands of annual deliveries Apply Today If you're an experienced Labor & Delivery nurse looking for a rewarding travel assignment where you can make a lasting impact on mothers, newborns, and families, we encourage you to apply today and take the next step in your nursing journey.
