Job Description

Become part of the newest approach to meeting the needs of acute care patients in the comfort of their own home. This program offers hospital-level care at home to patients who would otherwise require inpatient hospitalization for serious illnesses including exacerbation of chronic diseases (such as heart failure and COPD), infections (such as pneumonia and cellulitis) post-surgical hospitalizations, as well as for respiratory illnesses. This groundbreaking opportunity is truly patient care focused! Visits (typically 30mins-1hour) may consist of IV push/infusions, assessments, wound care, blood draws, and/or other various treatments.
Schedule Structure:
We're seeking Registered Nurses (RN) for 8:00am -12:00pm
Mon-Sun Qualifications:
Recent Experience Required!
  • Current unrestricted Idaho RN License
Nursing:
1 year (Required)
  • ER and/or ICU Experience preferred
  • Current BLS certification
  • Must be comfortable gaining IV access and completing venipuncture lab draws
  • Comfort with travel and variable assignments
  • Unencumbered background check
  • Vaccination and masking requirements (option for medical/religious exemption)
  • Proficient with mobile technology and functions i.e.: smart phone, tablet, laptop
  • Ability to navigate online systems
Travel Requirements:
  • Coverage across the Treasure Valley
  • Occasional travel to outlying cities
  • Reliable transportation is essential
Responsibilities:
  • Respond to patient needs during assigned blocks
  • Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care
  • Provide direct patient care and support in a homecare environment
  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by providers
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
  • Conduct patient assessments, triage, and assist in emergency situations
  • Operate and monitor medical equipment
  • Operate and monitor medical equipment
  • Collaborate with offsite Monitoring Team
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times
